  • Event Terms and Conditions

    Attendance: We are a rain or shine event. In the event of inclement weather, the Club will do their best to provide indoor space but it is limited. Hours: The Farmers Market is scheduled to operate from 9:30 am until 1:00 pm. No vendor shall leave before the schedule finished time as it causes disruption to other vendors and our members. Set Up and Tear Down: Set up can begin at 9:00 am on the day of the event and must be completed by 9:30 am. Tear down can begin at 1 pm and must be completed by 1:30 pm. All garbage must be cleaned up and removed from the property. Vehicles are to be parked at the back of the parking lot as soon as set up is completed. The Club Members Reserved Parking Area and all building fire routes must be kept clear at all times. Vendor Space: Vendors are provided a space will that will adequality fit a 10’ tent. Canopies or tents must be weighted down with a minimum of 20 lbs per corner to ensure safety in the event of high winds or gusts. Supplied Items: The Club will provide 1 to 2 six foot tables if requested in advance. Limited access to a power supply is available. Access must be requested in advance and will be based on the order of received application/payment. Waivers: Each person attending the event with a Vendor must sign a resort waiver upon arrival at the Club prior to beginning set up. Food Safety: All vendors supplying food or drink must be in compliance with local Health and Safety Regulations, Liquor Licensing and practice safe food handling procedures. The Club reserves the right to ask a vendor to provide the appropriate certificates or licensing for the event.
