Privates are engaging & help you explore & discover your club!

We have a roster of Pros for every age & ability.

We certified & professional instructors (PROS) are skilled at identifying what to work on & how to make you or your guest a comfortable skier or rider. Privates are available for the following disciplines: Skiing, Snowboarding, Freestyle and Telemark. Online reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the lesson and will be subject to a $50 administration fee. Cancellations must be made in writing to lessons@mansfieldskiclub.com 

Private Lessons

ONE HOUR (ski, snowboard, telemark or freestyle) 
$80.00/hr + HST for a Level 1or 2 instructor
$100.00/hr + HST for a Level 3 & 4
TWO HOUR (ski, snowboard, telemark or freestyle)
$145.00/2hr + HST for a Level 1 or 2 instructor
$180.00/2hr + HST for a Level 3 & 4

(recommended that clients 6 & below go 1:1 with an instructor)

Above 7 years old? Add an additional participant to your private lesson for $20.



Meeting Area for Lessons
The Meeting Area for Lessons is at the Snow School Bell in front of the Winter Activity Centre (hillside).  Participants should meet there 5 minutes before their scheduled lesson time.

There is a 24-hour cancellation policy for privates. Please let the lessons desk know if you are unable to make your lesson time. There will be a $50 administration charge if the lesson is not cancelled.  Lessons must be cancelled by writing to lessons@mansfieldskiclub.com 

Not familiar with Freestyle or Telemark? Learn more about these disciplines below:

Freestyle
A discipline comprised of aerials, moguls and slopestyle. Our freestyle terrain offers a variety of obstacles including rails, jumps and other terrain park features.
Telemark
Using equipment similar to traditional skiing, the ski bindings have the ski boot attached only at the toe. This allows the skier to raise his/her heel throughout the turn.
