Mansfield Ski Club is a private ski club. We are not open for public access. You must be signed in by a current member to ski during the season.
Members in good standing at the Club have no limitations on the number of guests that they may sign-in to visit the Club on any given operational day. Each guest may visit a maximum of four days between the start of the season and March 2nd, regardless of how many different Members or reciprocal clubs sign them in. After March 2nd, guests are now welcome to be signed-in for an unlimited number of days until the end of the season.
Members are encouraged to read the Guest Policy prior to bringing a guest to the Club.
Online Guest reservations must be made 48 hours in advance of the requested date of visit. In person reservations will be subject to availability and remain open until the daily capacity is reached.

All Members, guests and visitors of the Club must complete a Mansfield Ski Club waiver once during the season. Anyone who is under the age of 18 years old must have their waiver completed by a parent or guardian.
If you are attending the Club as a social guest of a Member, the same guest rules apply even if you are not skiing/boarding.
Cars should be parked on an angle as this allows everyone to back out easier. Please ensure to pull up tight to the orange ropes in the Main lot.
The blue signs with family names mark the Reserved Parking spots won in the Annual Auction. Please do not park in their spots, as they are for the winning families only.
Visiting racers to the Club use the 17th Sideroad entrance which is also where the Race Centre is located for their use.
Guests are encouraged to drop their equipment off in the designated drop-off area near the clubhouse front door. Skis, snowboards, and poles must remain outside of the Main Chalet.
If the Club has been notified of the visit through the above form, guests can proceed to the Front Desk to purchase the ticket(s). If the Club has not been notified, the Member will need to accompany the guest to purchase the ticket(s).
Guests cannot charge their purchases to a Member House Account on behalf of a Member.
Rentals can be purchased from the Winter Activity Centre. MSC has an impressive fleet of ski and snowboard rentals, as well as a selection of snowshoes that can be rented for a full or a half day.
Please note: a valid lift ticket must be presented prior to purchasing your rentals. Rentals cannot be picked up before your half-day lift ticket.
Guests under the age of 18 years old will need a parent or guardian present when picking up rental equipment.
Lessons can be booked privately or semi-privately for an hour minimum.
Online reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made in writing to our Lesson Desk 48 hours prior to the lesson can be refunded minus a 10% administration fee. Lessons are non-refundable after that time. Any rental costs are not included in lesson fees. Valid purchased lift ticket required prior to the start of your lesson.
Please be sure to arrive at the Club 45 minutes prior to your lesson start time to get everybody ready to go!
Many social events at Mansfield are Member’s only events, but we have a variety of weekend events open for guests to attend with their host Member. Interested in knowing if you can attend an event? Contact the Club today!
Our on-site childcare services are extended to guests of Members during the season. You must be signed in by a current Member of the Club to access these services.
All pets must remain on leash and are not allowed on the ski hill. This includes areas where skiers gather for lessons and at the base of races. Little paws and sharp moving skis are not a good combination. Pets are welcome to join you on the hiking trail. With the exception of service animals, pets are not allowed inside any building at the Club.
You may bring your own bottle of unopened wine into the Hearth Room only. A corkage fee will be charged. No other types of alcohol can be brought in for private consumption. Bringing private alcohol on the premises puts our entire liquor license at risk of being revoked.
Lunch time can be busy at the Club and we know that finding a table for your family is important. Please be respectful to everyone and do not reserve a table more then 15 minutes before your family has lunch.
Bags in the Main Chalet are to be left on the storage shelves in the Buckle Room, Heritage Room or the Fireside Room upstairs only. Please do not leave your bags on or under tables. Bags are not to be left inside the Chili Shack.
Please note that Kidz Zone is for the use of those in the care of the Kidz Zone staff only. It is not an open play area.
