  • Guest Policy at Mansfield Ski Club

    All Weekends, Monday December 21 to Friday January 1, Family Day and March Break (Guests of Members Only – No Public Access)

    Please note: Closed Dec 24 and Dec 25. Dec 26 and Jan 1 lifts will open at 10:00 am.

    The Club is pleased to welcome guests of our Members. Each guest to the Club can be signed in a maximum of 4 days across the season regardless of how many different members sign them in.

    All guests must be pre-registered using this form. Lift tickets will not be available for purchase on the day of at the Club. All guests, including anyone that might not be skiing, must have a valid ticket to enter the property.

    Host Members are responsible for signing in their guests by end of day on Wednesdays at the latest to allow processing time for guest waivers, ticket payment and COVID screening protocols to be put in place. Reservation requests cannot be processed without full guest details including first and last name, a guest email address and phone number as this information is required for contact tracing and waiver purposes. The Club reserves the right to restrict the number of guests on any given day as protecting our Members' experience and safety is our priority.

    A ticket is not fully reserved until payment is received by Mansfield Ski Club. Please note that this form is a reservation request only and we will send confirmation directly to your guest if their requested date(s) is available. Tickets are non-refundable. We require of minimum of 72-hours notice if you are unable to attend and wish to transfer tickets to a different date (based on availability).

    Lift tickets will be picked up from the Ambassador Hut located in front of the Main Chalet at the central arrival point. Online waivers must be completed and received by the Club a minimum of 24-hours prior to a guest’s arrival. Waivers must be completed by each individual and minors require a parent or guardian to fill out a waiver on their behalf. COVID screening must be completed on the morning of arrival by each guest. The link to screening as well as the waiver will be emailed directly to your guest.

    Please ensure that your guests have read and understand our posted current COVID policies including mandatory masks and limited access to indoor facilities.

    Midweek Access (Open to Non-Members)

    Non-Member access to the club is available on Thursdays and Fridays beginning January 7th, 2021, excluding March Break. Additional black out dates may apply.

    Winter Activity Centre

    Ski and snowboard rentals, full tuning services, snowshoes and snow bike rentals are available through our Winter Activity Centre. A minor must have a parent/guardian present to sign the rental waiver. See our Winter Activity Centre page for more information and pricing.
