Mentorship

Team Manager

I am interested in volunteering as a race or freestyle team manger (social liaison & parent volunteer organizer) or would like more information.

PSO Fees (Provincial Sport Organizations)

I understand that membership with the appropriate sport organization may be required for my child's program (some race and some freestyle) and that those fees must be paid directly to the PSO before my child's program begins.

Race Parent Handbook

As a race parent I will review the Race Parent Handbook published on the racing page of the MSC website in advance of the program start. (The link to this handbook can also be found in your confirmation email.)

Program Protection (Optional)

Program protection is for an injury that prevents participation in the remainder of a registered program and can only be purchased at the time of registration. Program Protection is 8% of the program fee. Pre-existing injuries or medical conditions, are not covered. With a physicians note, a prorated credit will be issued. This optional protection is for Program Fees only and not does cover any Capital Fees or Annual Dues. You can view the full posted 26/27 Program Protection Policy here.

Early Bird Program Rates: Payment Due Date(Required)

I understand that to be eligible to receive the discounted Early Bird rates that full payment for all program fees must be received by the Club no later than Thursday October 8th, 2026. If payment has not been received, the Early Bird discount will be removed and your programs will automatically be updated in the system to billed at the full rates.

Paying by Cash or Cheque: Please drop off your payment, Monday to Thursday, between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Please bring exact change if paying cash. Cheques can also be mailed to the Club.
