THE VENUE

For events small and large, Mansfield offers both Members and guests the perfect spot to start your happily ever after. Our Club believes in offering more, and the best possible experience. Wedding bookings are available from April - November. We book one wedding a week so that you can enjoy exclusive use of the Main Chalet and your ceremony site for four full days. Plan ahead knowing that you will have two full days before your event for set up and an additional day after for clean up.

the clubhouse

Venue rental fees start at $5,000. Our 12,000 sq/ft Main Chalet offers seating for up to 130 people, use of the private bar, a built in dance floor, a separate area for cocktail hour and a daycare area for little ones.

Members of the club receive 10% off venue rental and chairlift fees.

Our property has multiple picturesque sites for both your ceremony and reception depending on what you are envisioning. Book a tour with our team today to see your vision come to life! Additional fees may apply depending on your chosen site.

chairlift access and photos

Whisk your guests up to the top on the Javelin Chairlift. Experience breathtaking views of the valley while you say your I do’s.

A shuttle service will need to be booked to bring your guests back down from the top, as downloading on the chairlift is not permitted. Chairlift use is an additional fee, and starts at $3,500. The chairlift is available for up to 1-hour prior to your ceremony, and for 1-hour afterwards for photos.

micro weddings

Big event feel for half the cost. Our Micro Wedding packages are for those looking for a smaller ceremony followed by a cocktail hour, with everything you need included so you can enjoy your day – stress free! 

Packages to include:

  • Ceremony with a licensed officiant
  • Bouquet and boutonniere (or two of the same)
  • Ceremony site and cocktail hour venue space
  • Seating at the ceremony site for 20 – 50 guests 
  • 2.5 hour cocktail reception for up to 20 to 50 guests 
  • Guest book and card box
  • Appetizers service during cocktail reception and server included 
  • DJ for ceremony and cocktail reception 
  • Digital Invitation (PDF form)
  • Two 1-hour meetings prior to event with our Event Coordinator, who will also be onsite for your full event on the day
  • Access to the venue up up to 2-hours prior to ceremony
