Come unwind and relax with our 9-weekend Yoga program. With two friendly and qualified instructors and a beautiful yoga room, it is the perfect way to start your day. Instructor schedules and class times will be available on the Events Calendar each week.

Classes run each Saturday and Sunday, starting January 4th 2025, and go until March 2nd, 2025. Mat rentals are available on a first come first served basis.

9:45 – 10:45am

Please note, only Mansfield Ski Club members and Social Members can purchase a seasons pass. Drop-ins are available for guests and reciprocal members for a $26.25 class fee. Priority spots will be given to Seasons Pass holders.

Season Pass: For $205 plus HST, Members will have access to any weekend yoga class offered in the 9 weekend program period. The season pass will also include one FREE guest pass. MSC Members can purchase a Season Pass online through the Inside Edge Newsletter or in person at the Front Desk.

Angel

Angel, owner and founder of Angel Wings Yoga is a certified black belt in Chinese Kempo, fire dancer and has completed THREE 200 hour yoga teacher training programs. In addition, she has completed many retreats, workshops and weekly classes as her thirst for knowledge and love of sharing with individuals is ongoing. She has been actively teaching yoga since 2011. Angel also has spent many years teaching private Spanish lessons, a language she acquired through her travels around the world. Her desire for connection not only lies in sharing yoga with people, but also in working with horses; two of which she keeps on her farm with her loving family in Stayner.

ginny

Ginny is an experienced yoga teacher who has been teaching since she graduated from Hatha Yoga teacher Training in 2015. Her classes focus on proper alignment and breath work, Ginny’s classes are for all levels of experience and all shapes and sizes. Modifications and props are offered to encourage her students to trust in their bodies and take their practice to the next level.
