When arriving at the Club, please pick up your lift ticket(s) from the Front Desk located in the Main Chalet.

All guests at the Club are required to complete a 24/25 Mansfield Ski Club Liability waiver.  The links for these waivers will be included in your confirmation email.

Tickets purchased are valid only for the date selected. If you are unable to attend on your scheduled day, please contact the Club to request to have your ticket moved to a different Community Day or for a refund.  Refunded tickets are subject to a $5.00 processing fee.

Our Club had a wide selection of ski and snowboard rental equipment.  Rentals are not booked in advance and can be purchased once you arrive at the Club.  The Winter Activity Centre is open from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.  Any under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian onsite to sign the rental liability waiver form (it can not be completed online).

Mansfield is proud to have partnered with Maple Grove Farm as our food and beverage provider.  Food service is available starting at 8:30 am.

Maple Grove Farm is thrilled to be bringing our brand of farm fresh, delicious, and locally-sourced food right to you at the hill this season. Whether you’re carving up the slopes, telling stories over a glass of wine, or taking a well-deserved break, we have something for everyone. The Cafeteria offers quick breakfast and lunch options to get you fuelled up and back out on the hill faster. The fully licensed Hearth Room Restaurant & Bar includes a sit down menu with Maple Grove favourites like our famous brisket and an Après menu that is perfect way to end the day.

Please note that all service in the Hearth Room Restaurant & Bar is subject to a 15% auto-gratuity charge that will be included in your bill.

Parking and Arrival

Cars should be parked on an angle as this allows everyone to back out easier. We don’t want you parking too tight, but if you give each other too much space between cars, the parking lot will fill up far too soon. Make sure to pull up tight to the orange ropes please.

The blue signs with family names mark Reserved Parking, are spots won in the Club’s Annual Auction fundraiser. Please do not park in their spots, even if it’s “just for a minute to run inside”.

Getting Ready in the Morning, The Locker Room & Bag Storage

You are welcome to get ready in the morning in the Main Chalet, with the exception of the Hearth Room Bar. Bags in the Main Chalet are to be left on the storage shelves in the Buckle Room, Heritage Room or the Fireside Room upstairs. Please do not leave your bags on or under tables as they will be moved to free up the tables to be used by others.

The Locker Room is open for Members only. We do have have any other lockers that are available.

Outdoor lunch bag storage shelves can be found in-between the Winter Activity Centre building and Main Chalet.

The Club understands the connection between a family and its pets, however, we also know the presence of these pets poses a safety risk for not only Members and guests, but the pet as well.

Whenever possible we recommend that you do not bring them out to the Club. If you are required to do so, please keep in mind that all pets must remain on leash and are not allowed anywhere on the ski hills. This includes areas where skiers gather for lessons and at the base area of races. Little paws and sharp moving skis are not a good combination.

With the exception of service animals, pets are not allowed inside buildings at the Club.

For purchases made while you are at the Club, Mansfield accepts cash, debit, Visa or MasterCard.  Please note that all Visa or MasterCard charges will be subject to a 2.4% credit card recovery fee surcharge.

All Members and Guests to MSC, including those visiting us for social purposes only, are required to complete a 24/25 Mansfield Ski Club Liability Waiver.

Waivers for anyone under the age of 18 must be completed by a parent or guardian.

24/25 Mansfield Ski Club Liability Waiver – Adult

24/25 Mansfield Ski Club Liability Waiver – Minor (Under the age of 18)

The Club does not allow for any tobogganing or tubing at our facility.  The ski lifts are for skiers and snowboarders only, and can not be used by foot passengers for sightseeing.

Skiing, snowboarding and other activities that take place at ski areas involve the risk of injury. Please visit our Safety and Risk Awareness webpage so that you can be informed on the risks, dangers and hazards that you may encounter at a ski area and help you to stay safe while enjoying these activities. Whether you are a participant in these activities or a parent or guardian of a minor participant, please review and familiarize yourself with the information on the Safety and Risk Awareness material on our website.

The Club’s terrain parks are closed mid-week.  When you are visiting the Club, there may be one or multiple race courses set up across the Club. These are closed courses and are not open for use.  Accessing closed runs can result in having your lift ticket revoked and you may be asked to leave the facility.
