This Member led event at Mansfield dates back to the early 70’s and is an integral part of the growth and development of our Club! Some of the very first auction items consisted of objects from the lost & found and simple food items like apples and baked goods baked directly in the MSC kitchen by staff and Members alike.

This event has grown over the years just like the Club, and now raises funds towards essential capital projects across the Club through the funds raised by Kid’s and Teen’s raffle draws, Silent Auctions, Online Auctions, Gold and Silver tickets and an exciting Live Auction.

Following on our success last season from generous Members and our community partners, we once again ask for your help and support!

  • Adult volunteers are needed to help source donations, prepare silent auction items for display, sell raffle & tickets on the day of the event, and so much more!
  • Teen volunteers are needed to help run kid’s events – a great way to get community volunteer hours!
  • Member and community donations are needed to add new and exciting items to our Silent, Live and Online auctions.
  • Business donations of services, goods and experiences help to grow your business and our Club!

2025 fundrasing projects:

  • Project SNOW: Increasing the Club’s snowmaking fleet (Pipe, stick guns, fan guns etc) to get you out on the hill sooner and longer! Support your Club and our investments in more, BETTER snow!

FULLY SUPERVISED KID'S APRES EVENT - FEB 22

Included in your ticket: 

  • Participation in Pottery Painting with Pottery Party Studios, and take home pottery figurine!
  • A selection of one of Maple Grove’s finest kid’s meals, paired with a Tractor Juice. 
  • Participation in a kid’s silent disco party from DJ MasterMix.
  • Full supervision by Mansfield staff and volunteers. 
  • Kid’s crafts, games, activities and so much more! 

WHEN: Saturday February 22nd, 2025 (Auction Night) from 4:00pm to 8:00pm (right before fireworks)! 

WHERE: The Loft. Children are to be dropped off by 4:00pm, and picked up by 8:00pm before the fireworks start. 

 

Tickets are $50 plus HST per child.

By dividing our amazing donations into the our new Online Auction and In-Person Silent Auction, you now have more chances to participate and win!

The Online Auction is open now and will be running until Saturday February 22nd until 9:00PM.

We will be adding more items over the next few weeks, so keep checking back to view new items and bid.

Bidding is easy – Just follow the link below to set up a bidding account.  No apps to download and no payments are made online. MSC will simply charge all winning bids will be charged to your House Account.

Golden Ticket – $100 each plus HST

 The Golden Ticket is drawn at the very start of the Live Auction. The winner then selects ANY item from the 2025 Live Auction list as their prize! Only 100 tickets are available!  

Silver Ticket – $50 each plus HST

The Silver Ticket is drawn about half way through the Live Auction. Winner receives a $1000 credit on their Club House Account. The winner does not need to be in attendance to win.

Kids/Teen Raffle – 40 tickets for $40 plus HST

Raffle tickets can be dropped off in the Javelin Cafe between 3pm and 4:30pm on Saturday February 15th AND/OR Sunday February 16th. One ticket type is all you need for trying to win any of the prizing. 

Auction Paddles – $25 plus HST, includes two drinks from the bar

 

An Auction Paddle is needed for bidding in the Silent and/or Live Auction on Feb 22nd. Plus you get two tickets for drinks from the bar! Only one Auction Paddle is needed per member family.

Calling All Volunteers

We’re looking for volunteers to help leading up to and during the events. Just one hour out of your day to help us out really does make a big difference in the overall success of these events.

 Volunteers will be needed for: 

  • Selling Gold and Silver Tickets during the lunch hour: help for 1-hour on any of the Saturdays or a Sundays starting on February 8th
  • Carrying silent auction items to/from tables: Helping for 1-hour on Saturday February 22nd at approx. 3:00 pm
  • Helping monitor the Kids/Teen Raffle Room: Helping for 1-hour between 2:45 and 4:45 pm on Saturday February 15th or Sunday February 16th
  • Teen Volunteer Help with the new Supervised Kids Après: Help on Saturday February 22nd from 4:00 to 8:00 pm. This is fantastic opportunity for teens to earn volunteer hours plus as a bonus their dinner is provided to them if they help for the full après event!
