Mansfield is the perfect spot to bring together your friends and family to celebrate the life of your loved one. Our packages aim to take away the stress of the day, leaving you to spend the time with your loved ones.
Our Celebration of Life package starts at $1,800, and includes:
- Exclusive 2 day access to the entire Main Chalet from 9am-5pm.
- Flexible Room set up based on your needs
- A coffee/tea station for the duration of your event
- Linen for up to 15 tables.
- Audio/Visual equipment and set-up, as needed
- Access to daycare facilities for young children (not-supervised)
- Activities and games for older children, if needed (not-supervised)
- Two consultation meetings – additional meetings will have a $200 charge
- Two staff on the day of the Event to coordinate vendors and assist with the event.

Mansfield offers many picturesque meeting spaces for your team or conference, with all of the amenities to keep your team comfortable. Our meeting spaces overlook the beautiful hills of Mulmur, and have everything you need.

Mansfield Ski Club has partnered with Maple Grove Farm to bring you an exemplary catering menu for groups small and large.
All orders for events hosted at Mansfield are to to be ordered through Mansfield Ski Club event staff.
The above pricing includes the food items as well as;
- two staff to restock and maintain your food to keep items fresh
- Full set up and clean up of the food station
- Use of Mansfield Ski Club plates, servingware and cutlery if required
- Storage of food items in Mansfield Ski Club fridges prior to the event.
- The above costs include pickup for food items up to 120 people. For over 120 people, a $30 delivery charge will be added.
