Description
The idea is simple: bring racers from across our U14, U16, U19 and FIS ski community together before the snow flies for a day of friendly competition, team challenges, food, music and fun — while also giving back to the broader ski community.
We’ll kick things off with a series of fun physical and team challenges incorporating running, strength, agility, teamwork and a little healthy ski-racer competition. We will create mixed teams across clubs, age groups & genders. Afterwards, everyone will gather for a BBQ, DJ, social and awards.
Coaches and parents are welcome, and food and beverages will be available for purchase on the day of or in advance. The athlete registration fee includes lunch! This is a not-for-profit event supporting Second Tracks. Pre-ordering guest meals helps us to order food more accurately and to be able to donate more back to Second Tracks.

Giving back is an important part of the Ski Race Social. Our racers are incredibly fortunate to have skiing and ski racing as such a big part of their lives, and we wanted to use this event to help more young people experience the sport we all love.
Funds raised through the Ski Race Social will support Second Tracks, a program that provides youth ages 12–16 who might not otherwise have access to skiing with a fully funded ski experience at Blue Mountain. Families will also have the opportunity to support Second Tracks by donating funds or gently used ski gear. Full details on this will be sent to all registered families closer to the event date.
We’re also excited to have some high-performance athletes, along with a surprise guest, joining us and helping lead some of the challenges on the hill.

Event Details
- 9:30 -10:00 am – Arrival/Registration
- 10:00 -11:45 am – Challenges
- 11:45am – 1:00 pm – BBQ/Social/Awards
Lunch includes your choice of hamburger, chicken burger or veggie burger, as well as a bag of chips, and pop or water.
Athlete Pricing: $23.14 – event registration fee includes lunch. ($20 plus HST and online Credit card fee)
Guest Lunch: $17.36 ($15 plus HST and online Credit card fee)
EVENT NOTES:
2026-2027 Mansfield Ski Club waivers must be completed by all attending the event including athletes, coaches, volunteers and guests.
This is a rain or shine event! All challenges and other activities can be moved indoors at the Club if weather prevents them from being help outdoors.
There are no refunds available for any reason.
Please come to the Club’s main entrance located at 628213 15 Sideroad, Mulmur and come to the Main Chalet to register for the event, which is the second building on your right.
Outdoor on-hill events – so make sure to wear appropriate footwear and clothing. Don’t forget a reusable water bottle.
