Our seasonal rental database is available to Mansfield Ski Club members only. The Club is not responsible for coordinating or vetting seasonal accommodation listings. These listings are provided as a courtesy to our Members in our Newsletter and are listed in no particular order. Terms, duration and rental agreements are to be arranged solely between the property owner and renter.
Please provide the following information when submitting a listing: two photos, a brief description of the property, a rental price (monthly or seasonally), any inclusions/exclusions and a contact email or phone number.

The property is a half acre with 250 feet of Noisy River shoreline. The back corner of the house belongs to the owners daughter who lives there full time. You are separated by a soundproof wall to ensure maximum comfort and privacy with a fully private entrance.
Guest Access: The house has been separated into two units and you will have the entire 2 bedroom portion of the house. Private entrance and ample free parking.
Other things to note: Please be mindful of your pets. There is a large park across the river and your dog might take off on an adventure. Please leash walk your dog and watch your small pets to protect them from predators. I always leave olive oil, vegetable oil, vinegar, sugar and the spices you see in the kitchen photos

The property offers beautiful grounds for cross-country skiing, a serene setting, and magnificent views of the Mulmur Hills. It is available for the season from December through March, or from December 15 through April 15. The rent is $3,000 per month plus heating.
