These listings are provided as a courtesy to our Members in our Newsletter and are listed in no particular order. Terms, duration and rental agreements are to be arranged solely between the property owner and renter.
Please provide the following information when submitting a listing: two photos, a brief description of the property, a rental price (monthly or seasonally), any inclusions/exclusions and a contact email or phone number.

Rental cost is $4000/mth with a minimum of a 3-month rental. This price can include the Xmas and New Year’s period. Price includes everything except snow blowing.

Brookside Cottage is a charming and cozy guest house, ideal for a small ski family. Located in Mulmur, ON, it’s approximately 10 minutes from the Mansfield Ski Club. The cottage combines rustic wood accents with modern comforts. The kitchen is well-equipped and open to the living area, complete with a fireplace and entertainment options. In floor heating in the shower area will keep you toasty in the winter. Upstairs, is a loft and a bedroom with a queen-sized bed. The cottage comfortably accommodates up to 4 adults, or a small family with the addition of a double high queen-sized air mattress or a double high twin-sized air mattress in the loft. Set on 32 private acres at the end of a dead-end road, Brookside Cottage offers stunning views of the Mulmur Hills. Enjoy snowshoeing, hiking, and cross-country skiing on the fields and forest trails, or visit the resident horses.
We provide all linens, pillows, towels, blankets, paper towels, and tissues. The cottage also features a Smart TV, dedicated WiFi, a deck, BBQ (propane included), and a firepit (wood and kindling included). Two cleanings per month are included. We’re happy to welcome well-behaved dogs.

Come and stay for the season at this lovely 2-story home. Situated on 28 acres located on the Fourth Line East, just 20 minutes from Mansfield (7 km south of Creemore). The house features three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a stone fireplace, air-tight fireplace, all appliances (including a gas stove), satellite TV & WIFI, and snow plowing services. The property offers beautiful grounds for cross-country skiing, a serene setting, and magnificent views of the Mulmur Hills.
